This week we had some wonderful old friends visit from the Blue Mountains.
We had not seen each other for years.
Such an occasion required some very extraordinary cupcakes!

Speaking of white chocolate…….
While doing some cupcake research, (otherwise known as searching Google images), I stumbled upon this glorious idea!!
Melting white chocolate and having ooodles of fun squiggling them into all kinds of shapes. I have only done it a couple of times and want to perfect it, but I was really happy with the results.
I thought it would also be a nice idea to make dark chocolate hearts on red icing for Valentines day.
