A while back I had an overwhelming urge to make cinnamon scrolls.
As I have been making bread for years, I wanted to explore the world of sweet buns!
They were so delicious that I made them twice.
If you roll the dough out quite thinly, you will make enough scrolls to fill two large baking dishes.
Perfect for a crowd…..
Or sitting by the fire on a cold winter’s eve with a good book…
sigh….
