These lovely cakes were made for a special lady whose son was turning 21. After tasting my delicious chocolate pumpkin cake with peanut butter frosting, she was adamant that this was the cake for her son. I put white chocolate ganache on the cake and then buttercream icing. I topped the cake with a hand made ribbon garland.
One of our dearest little Lambs turned 6 last week. Such a sweet little thing.

Each year in October our two Jacaranda trees blossom.
They are a sight to behold.
This year I decided to start a new family tradition and have at least one tea party under the beauty of these remarkable trees every Spring.
