I continue to experiment with Black bottom cupcakes. These have a choc mint flavoured cheesecake topping baked into a rich chocolate cupcake base. Nice. These are fun to make and appeal to those who prefer something not so sweet. I admit that I am enjoying these variations and am toying with a few new ones. How about chocolate jaffa orange? Hmmm… (Thanks Heather!)
